I would highly recommend Yeoman's. Buying a second hand car can be a minefield, but Yeoman's, especially Sophie, mad with whole experience a pleasure throughout the process, from a small video of the car after the initial enquiry, through the test drive and to completion. A big thank you for making it easy and for the generosity. If I ever want another Skoda, I will happily travel 2 hours to buy another from you.

Dealing with Yeomans Skoda in Bridgwater recently has been a pleasure. Sophie Carrott dealt with everything from my initial enquiry, my many questions during the purchase, and points of follow-up post-purchase effectively and professionally making the whole process very smooth. I would highly recommend Yeomans to others looking for a new or used vehicle.

We were searching for an approved used Kodiaq for a while and found a great option at Yeomans. I contacted the team as we were travelling on holiday and would be passing on our way, Zak was super accommodating and came in on his day off to facilitate our test drive. There were a few minor cosmetic touch ups required and although Yeomans were unfortunately let down by their bodywork team on the day, Zak kept me updated and was able to reschedule the works promptly, they then offered me a complimentary delivery to make up for it, regardless of the fact I was out of their normal delivery radius. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and efficiently undertaken and Ray (the delivery driver) was an absolute gent. After inspecting the car briefly, it was apparent that all of the minor scratches / dinks had been well repaired and the car had been cleaned and delivered in great condition. All in all, we had a great experience with Yeomans and felt the car was good value for money, particularly given the peace of mind included with an approved use vehicle. 100% would recommend.

We popped into the Bridgwater branch of Yeomans today as I have been looking at possibly buying a Skoda Karoq. They had a few in stock when I looked online. We were greeted by Zak Evans. He was very helpful, professional and showed us around the cars they had in stock. As I hadn't driven a Karoq before, he quickly took my details and information, then allowed us to test drive a car. He told us a simple route to drive as we didn't know the area that well.The test drive was very helpful to me as it allowed me to confirm it is the right car for me. Although, as I need to part exchange my current car, I needed to go away to think, as the money offered was not as much as I had hoped for. But overall, a great experience and very helpful salesman.

Living in Plymouth we had to do all our enquiries about the car we were interested in over the phone. Our sales contact, Sophie Carrott, was an absolute superstar helping us out and making sure we had all the information we needed and answered all our questions in super quick time. She got everything organised for us over the phone so when we arrived in Bridgwater we were able to have a really quick handover and get back home quickly as we were on a very tight schedule. The proof of really good customer service is when something goes wrong, and when we had a very minor issue with the new car, Sophie immediately got to helping us sort it out and arranged for us to have it rectified in Plymouth; saving us the need to drive all the way back to Bridgwater and take another day's leave. It was very much appreciated. We can't fault the service Sophie and Yeomans gave us and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

This is the second time that we have purchased a car from Sophie. She is incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and professional. She kept us updated regarding the delivery date. All of our needs were met without question. We received a fair price on our trade in. The car was spotlessly clean and had plenty of fuel when we collected it. We do recommend Yeoman's and Sophie to our family and friends. We drive 50 miles to visit Yeoman's because of the excellent way that we have been treated and looked after.

The team at Yeomans Skoda were professional, friendly and welcoming. Although I didn't buy a car in the end, Ryan was extremely helpful arranging a test drive, gave me an overview of the vehicle, and allowed me time to play around with it on my own before I took it for a test drive. I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable, which was a big help. Would go there again, and recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with Yeomans, they could not have done anymore . We reserved our car which was very handy coming from Milton Keynes, didn't want to get there to find it was gone. £99 and had it refunded. We dealt with Tim Hector, he sent us a video off the car inside and out, pointing out any slight marks on the car. All marks and one broken light were all put right. There was no waiting around for appointments. Well happy dealing with them.

I purchased a lovely second hand car from Skoda after collecting the car I noticed a minor issue. Hannah and the after sales team were very helpful and assisted me from start to finish ensuring my car was fixed and returned to me in perfect working order. Purchased a 2017 Seat Leon Cupra 300 that had been taken in part exchange. Sophie Carrott was a dream to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Went in just to look at a new car whilst on holiday, made that clear to Sophie, but nothing was too much trouble for her, she showed us car with similar spec to what we had expressed an interest. We were offered a test drive there and then, and decided on type of car. Sophie fully understood our situation and whilst out on test drive valued our existing car. We left content that we had found the Make and model of car we liked and the spec level we wanted. A week later having been let down by a dealer more local to our home, Sophie called with details of a car that had just come into stock, she even emailed over a full video of the car. The spec was higher than our expectations and as a result we paid a deposit and collected the car a week later having made all payments online. Very professional dealership that makes the customer feel wanted, happy and impressed by service.

On holiday in Somerset & a fault occurred with my car, I contacted Yeomans & spoke to young lady, Courtney, who was really helpful & said if I got there early next day as opening, they would try and fit it in first thing. I arrived before opening and spoke to a chap Callum, & explained the situation & he said he would try to fit in but couldn’t guarantee as they were very busy. I had a coffee & wander around the showroom & in approx 1.5hrs I was told that the fault had diagnosed, sorted, car washed and in the car park. Absolutely fantastic service, if all dealerships were of this standard it would be fantastic. Well done Yeomans!!!

Popped into see a lovely chap called "John Hurst" Who is a salesman for Yeoman's, Skoda in Bridgewater a couple of weeks ago. We took out a 24 plate SKODA ENYAQ 85x sport line plus in race blue. Wow what a beautiful car. Ticks pretty much all of the boxes also it's got a pretty serious powerplant, 4 wheel drive, 20 inch rims, 286 ponies under the bonnet and a rather rapid 0-60 time well under 6 seconds, infact closer to 6 seconds. John was very very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and empathetic. He also answered my emails with additional questions that I had for him, he got back to me quickly, professionally and efficiently. I spoke to a lovely elderly couple whilst we were waiting to speak to John when we came back and they both said that the dealership was always helpful and polite. Our experience at Bridgwater, was great. We got in touch to test drive a Karoq Sportline, as one of our options of a possible upgraded car to our VW Polo. Purchased a nearly new Octavia in February 24. The salesman, Kyle was very polite and helpful. The vehicle was well presented and moved indoors to view as it was raining heavily. THIS IS ANOTHER MAGNIFICENT REVIEW FOLLOWING ON FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2023 - I have just had another upgrade on my Skoda Fabia from the Yeomans Skoda in Bridgwater and yet again... TOP NOTCH MAGNIFICENT SERVICE! ☺️ My sales representative Sophie Carrott has yet again laid out the red carpet for me and offered outstanding customer service 👌 Upgrading your car is always a scary experience as trying to keep in budget is always hard... but I never have any issues with making sure that my needs are kept at the top of Sophie's priorities when helping me choose my next car...!!! ☺️ I have chosen the Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo and it is just immense, exactly what I need and I am so happy with my finance package! Sophie kept me up to date with how long my car would take to be made in the factory and it arrived a couple days earlier than scheduled 😊 the handover date ran super smoothly and I drove away with my new car with a beaming smile on my face! 😊 Thank you Sophie yet again, you are beyond incredible and thank you to the Skoda team for yet again TOP QUALITY customer service! ☺️ BELOW IS THE REVIEW I LEFT IN SEPTEMBER 2023 😊 I had to leave a review for Skoda in Bridgwater as they are literally magnificent! I was due an upgrade on my finance agreement so went into this dealership to see what they could offer me for the budget that I had in mind. My sales representative was Sophie Carrott and she was beyond amazing! She went through absolutely everything with me, answered every question in great detail too, she took my budget into account and went through all the options double checking that I was happy with everything we had chosen! I was gobsmacked that I traded my Skoda Citigo in and managed to get a brand new 23 plate Skoda Fabia! It was even ready earlier than anticipated, which was fantastic! I can't recommend this dealership more! I'd like to make a special mention to Lisa Booty who very kindly looked after my one year old when he was running riot round the showroom, she didn't have to look after him but she did with great enthusiasm which I was immensely grateful for that day! If you'd like an upgraded Skoda or just want to have a chat with anyone at this dealership please ask for Sophie Carrott! She's an absolute credit to the company! 5 star service! I'll be going back in a few years to upgrade without a doubt in my mind! :-)

Have started using this garage rather than the garage in Bristol which I have been using for my Skoda servicing for the last thirteen years. The same travelling time for me to get to as the old garage. The old garage had started to regularly let me down. So this garage was a breath of fresh air in comparison. Lovely friendly staff, easy to book in and work carried out to a high standard.

Lisa in the servicing dept showed great customer service throughout our interaction and helped me quickly acquire a new set of locking wheel nuts. I was allowed to wait and use a desk (with free wifi) to work at whilst my car had it's old locking wheel nuts removed. The car was also cleaned and hoovered. All in all, a great experience for me.

I had my Superb serviced here in early April to include replacing the cambelt and water pump. On the day the service was pretty good although my car wasn't washed as the guy had gone home for the day. They offered for me to swing by another day, but I live an hour away and won't drive there for a carwash. Anyway, I get home fine and the next time I went to use my car it was warning me about low coolant. I called Carrs and their technician advised this is normal when the water pump is replaced and to bring it by to fill up with coolant (no apology even offered). As above... I live over an hour away. I'm not driving my car--with low coolant warning--over an hour for coolant. Fine they say go to a garage and get coolant and they'll reimburse me. After figuring out what type of coolant I needed and finding a place 25 minutes away I used my wife's car to go get it, fill it up, and it's been fine since. I then called in on April 11th to get reimbursed. Courteney said she'd have to call a manager and get back to me. She never did. I called today to follow-up and another person, Ben, took my mobile and "will have someone get back to me." Tired of being fobbed off now so 1-star review for how they've handled this. [Edit] Got a call back today and refunded pretty quickly, which is how it should've happened to start. So I'm upping my review to 4-stars as they've settled the issue now.

Came to test drive a Skoda - looked after by Tim who answered all our questions and treated us in a friendly, professional manner and best of all wasn't a 'pushy salesman' which we've encountered in other places. We were really happy with the information he gave us, loved the car and will be contacting him to proceed!! Felt very Covid safe - loads of anti-bac bottles around, perspex screens and all customers with masks on. 10 out of 10

As a now retired and disabled garage proprietor my choice of motor car is Skoda my present vehicle is the Yeti 4/4 an excellent vehicle compact rugged 50+ to the gallon very manoeuvrable now on my 4th Skoda if you require good transport at a very economical cost my advice is go and have a road test you will not be disappointed needless to say my next vehicle will be a Skoda👍
