  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing clear explanations of repair needs and delivering accurate cost estimates. Your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will contribute to our high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Take on a leadership role within the service department, offering guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. Lead by example and uphold our commitment to quality.

Requirements
  • A valid Vehicle Diagnostic or Master Technician certification from a recognised industry body or manufacturer is desirable but not required. We are seeking a technically capable and motivated individual who is keen to develop their skills and progress through ongoing training and support.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, showcasing your problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology, including engine management, hybrid and electric systems, and advanced safety features.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills, which are vital for fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Showcase leadership abilities and a willingness to guide and support junior technicians.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
