Description

Due to the continued growth of our Group Corporate Sales team and internal promotion, we are looking to appoint an additional highly organised and disciplined Fleet Sales Administrator based in Exeter. This is an extremely important role as we look to grow our share of the local, regional, and national fleet market across our portfolio of brands.

The successful candidate will report to our Head of Fleet and will be the primary point of administration for our key accounts. They will be expected to structure, implement, and manage a robust process from the point of order through to delivery primarily focusing on our Volkswagen Group brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound orders and enquiries from multiple key accounts including leasing companies, intermediaries, and end user clients
  • Ordering, invoicing, and registration duties
  • Submission of timely rebate claims
  • Maintaining an accurate daily operating control log and providing regular status reports
  • Liaising with external contractors to ensure aftermarket items are fitted correctly
  • Booking deliveries
  • Fostering close relationships with internal colleagues from both sales and aftersales departments across multiple sites

Requirements
  • Experience of Kerridge or a similar DMS and RAV is essential
  • Have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside in a commutable distance to Exeter
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Excellent teamworking and customer service skills
