Our parts advisors are responsible for maximising sales opportunities, stock maintenance and ordering and assisting workshop, trade and retail customers with parts related enquiries. You will also be managing warranty and new parts returns and receipting goods inwards. This role requires high levels of customer service and the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
