Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Indian Queens is looking for a Showroom Host to join their team and work alongside them in their exciting Volkswagen Van Centre.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
You will be a key part of the team, providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Volkswagen products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.
General duties:
- Answering the phone/meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments
- Assist with general product queries
- Assist with service & workshop bookings
- Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
- Showroom support when necessary
- First aid and fire warden training
Sales support:
- Saturday showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping where possible when a salesman is busy)
- Bank Holiday showroom support as above
- Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
- Used car display kept in order
- Used car photographs
- Test drive assistance where necessary
Service support:
- Service appointment follow up calls ensuring customer is happy
- Providing cover for service reception when necessary (sufficient training supplied)
- Customer contact details maintained on database
Requirements
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
