  Purchased a Jaecoo J7 SHS PHEV, back in March and the service my wife and I received from Gennaro was nothing short of fantastic. I recently had to take it in for a software and DAB upgrade and the staff were friendly and happy to help. Work was carried out promptly within a few hours and it was even cleaned when I went to pick it up, which is in complete contrast to the experience my wife has had with a very big German car brand. Safe to say we will likely be getting another Jaecoo when we can get out of her agreement. I would definitely recommend Jaecoo Omoda Littlehampton to family and friends. As for the car it is outstanding value for money all round.

  Very very helpful from the jump! The staff were amazing. It was a super smooth process and we're extremely happy with the car we got! The low deposit is what got us driving from Essex to get the car! Big big big shout out to Gennaro & Alex! Gennaro was the perfect person to talk to and deal with. He was so helpful. Alex helped finish the deal at the store and was amazing help. We can't thank them both enough!

  16th May 2026 Test Drive Omoda 7 & Jaecoo 7 Great cars love the Drive of the Omoda 7 especially this will be our next car.   Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He helped me decide on the Jaecoo 7 but wasn’t pushy on any way. Once I had decided Alan kept in regular contact on the progress of my new car and when it was time to change over, the date and time was agreed for handing over. Alan was extremely helpful with the handover and went through everything in the car and made sure I understood it all. He then phoned a couple of days after I had got the car to see if I had any questions or issues.

  I recently picked up my new Omoda 5 Hybrid from Yeomans in Littlehampton and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered the car on March 2nd, just after release, and everything was handled in a really smooth and organised way. Communication was clear throughout and the whole process felt straightforward and well managed. Karim (Sales Manager) and Alex (Sales Assistant) were both outstanding. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful at every stage. They even managed to bring my collection date forward by a few days to suit my personal schedule, which I really appreciated, and made sure everything was ready without any issues. My part exchange was also handled efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the car itselfit looks fantastic and drives even better. The value for what you get is seriously impressive. Overall, a brilliant experience and I’d happily recommend Yeomans Littlehampton to anyone looking for a new car!

  After chatting with Kamil on the phone we drove from Somerset to buy a Vauxhall Mokka. Salesman who met us and took us on our test drive was Alex (Al as he prefersEverything was so relaxed, no attempt at pressure selling we were offeted a fair price on our PX and we were wrapped up and on our way home within 90 minutes. So efficient and pleasant that I would happily go back to them for my next car. Don't think my wife and I have enjoyed buying a car as much as we did from this team. Thanks guys

  Last week I had an issue with my car window. Andy was super reassuring over the phone and signposted to me to a Vauxhall garage closer to my place of work. He recommended I try using some WD40 first, and if it doesn’t help, to get it looked at. I was quoted £186 from the other garage, so I decided to take Andy’s advice and try to DIY.. well it worked an absolute treat, and I saved myself £184! I am forever grateful for the customer support I receive from the team at Yeomans littlehampton, and will continue recommending them to everyone I know!
