We are delighted to be bringing our innovation and a few cars to support this year's biggest sporting events. Keep an eye out for our fleet of hybrids and hydrogen - powered Mirai driving around London this summer at the World Para Athletics Championships and the IAAF World Championships.
This summer in London the biggest sporting events of the year are happening now and we're proud to be an official partner of both of them. We are helping the World Para Athletics Championships and IAAF World Championships go safer, greener and overall smoother.
We rely on innovation to help keep us out in front so we can do our best to support the championships in the most revolutionary methods, just like the athletes themselves.
The athletics championships will see more than half a million spectators and over 2000 of the world's best athletes descend on London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park over the course of the month from over 200 countries.
The World Para Athletics Championships start from the 14th to 23rd July, followed by the IAAF World Championships from the 4th to 13th August.
Pop in to see us at our events stand in the Hero Village and watch out for our Toyota Team.
A total of 130 Toyota hybrids and drivers are available throughout the championships to allow the athletes to get wherever they need to be whilst using less fuel and emitting less CO2.
The Hybrids are also fitted with the Toyota Safety sense systems to keep all passengers and spectators safe, as well as our brand new Telematics Devices to track how much time the car needs to run in electric mode so the drivers can optimise each journey.
At the women's and men's marathon events and the Race Walk we are providing the Toyota Mirai timing car. It is the world's first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell vehicle which only emits water from its tailpipe.
Thanks to Colin Jackson, Sally Gunnell and Jonathan Edwards who paid fans a surprise visit to deliver their very first set of tickets to the events. All delivered in the New Toyota C-HR.
We are sponsoring all the female athlete's bibs as part of our commitment to further investment and support for women's sport.
In addition, we will provide a cash prize fund for any female athletes' who breaks an existing World Record in the course of the IAAF World Championships 2017.
