Highly recommend. I have recently purchased Toyota Rav4 from this dealership. I was little bit nervous as I'm almost 130 mile away, but process was easy and straight forward. Reserved a car online and was contacted straight away by Michael. Friendly and efficient, was sent a video of the car and arranged a viewing. As I live around an hour away I viewed the car locally which wasn’t suitable. Emailed Michael, he cancelled the viewing no pressure, processed a refund for my reservation fee. Michael also offered to arrange for me to view an alternative car from one of their partner branches. Will definitely be returning when I’ve found a suitable car. Bought a used hybrid Corolla on PCP a few weeks ago. Loving the car so far, Zach made the sales process a very smooth experience. I have purchased plug-in CHR from worthing branch of Toyota In April 2025. Handover and purchase procedure was done by Thushanga(Thush) , this went very smoothly. He explained us everything very thoroughly. I’m impressed by his communication skills and knowledge. The most important thing is he gave a lot of time even after closing time to explain us every detail of the dashboard and the car. I’m ever so grateful to him. The other person who I met earlier is Harry. He is very enthusiastic in explaining about the C-HR car and with his help we could choose plug-in CHR. I live in Hove and am in a PCP contract with Brighton Yeomans Toyota. I had to change my CHR in March 2025. As part of my research, I called Yeoman's Toyota in Worthing. I was considering the Yaris Cross. This for a second opinion. I was extremely fortunate to get Charlotte from the Worthing sales team. Charlotte was extremely professional, pleasant and very informative in every aspect. After my long chat with Charlotte, who was fully aware that I was linked with the Brighton Yeomans. She was so helpful that I chose the Excel in Dulcima Grey which was one of the options discussed, as best suited for me. As a retired Deputy head teacher of a major comprehensive school in Brighton, I had to conduct many OFSTED lesson observations and interviews with my junior colleagues. Using that criteria. The last few members i have spoken to were not as helpful/nice or friendly (service was seen as unsatisfactory). Today, Nic actually was very nice, professional, helpful and feedback when the query needed further info. My ancient Mini died and I needed to buy a newish secondhand car urgently. I was made to feel welcome the minute I walked through the door, looking for a used Toyota. I was greeted by Steve at the Just Ask desk, who had a lot of knowledge, which made things easy for me, he listened and answered my questions, explained how the hybrid cars work in an easy way for me to understand, and put my mind at ease, as this is new to me! I was then introduced to Charlotte, who took me out to the used car selection and spent time with me explaining the various models. Lewis in particular was incredible, he facilitated the part exchange of my Yaris for the upgrade car that I really wanted, the Dynamic 2019 CHR. I took my wife and my daughter on our 2024 summer holiday of which we drove to York, among other places, and believe it or not, I managed 615 miles, that’s right, no typo, on ONE full tank of fuel! SIX HUNDRED MILES. Boot capacity is absolutely massive and was perfect for holiday luggage transportation. THEN in November of 2024 I did my annual visit to my cousin in Cumbria, which is 365 miles from worthing. On this trip I managed around 530 miles on one tank, got all the way there plus half way back on one tank. First service with my ownership next month of 2025. I hope to see this car into the hundreds of thousands of miles.

What can I say: a superb company, great staff with excellent service. This is the second time we've purchased a car from Yeomans in Worthing. The first time we weren't disappointed, hence why we returned. They're not local to us, there are many dealerships far closer, but Yeomans in Worthing is well worth the trip. FEBRUARY/MARCH 2023 UPDATE: Annoyingly Google doesn’t allow additional reviews so I’ve figured out updating would be better. I came back to the dealership after having issues getting chocolate out of my car seat. Spoiler alert: go with the Protection Pack if you’re offered it! After going from the greeting desk, with the lovely and helpful Steve, to seeing the lovely and helpful service team at the desk that day (Neil and Hannah), the lovely and helpful Gary came out from the service department with a cloth and a foam cleaner and cleaned my car seat for me - no fuss, no cost, no issue, no problem - and the seat was as good as new (and smelt of fresh lemon). Don’t ever give your parents chocolate to eat in the car! This is why I stay with Yeomans Toyota; their customer service has always been 10/10 and they’re all always happy to help. I’ve never seen a miserable person there… Even our car dealer, Rob, made time for a little chat! An absolutely amazing car with absolutely amazing service. I don't think we will ever switch from Toyota as we have always had good custom, advice and service. It has been just over a month with my new car and the amount of fuel I have saved from an Aygo to a Yaris Cross is quite something. Hybrids are pretty good and for a 1.5L engine, I find it more responsive and a quicker pull-off than my Mother's C-HR. Rob, keep doing what you're doing!

This is my first week with my new Toyota Yaris Hybrid Excel 1.5. What a fantastic experience. It only helps me save the planet by careful controlled driving using electricity by observing the 30mph speed on roads, improving my driving and feeling relaxed and in control at all times. Used only a quarter of a tank of petrol during the week. Just bought my first Toyota: really good experience with salesman Rob who was really helpful setting up 2 test drives and helping me choose the final car. Minor issue with tyre valve on the car fixed very quickly by service team (contacted the garage in the morning and all sorted in the afternoon) . I'm delighted with the car so, overall, very happy indeed.

Collected my new Toyota C-HR Orange Edition on the 2nd March. The service from Lisa was informative & not pushy. She evidently knows her product & it’s great to see a female presence in their showroom! All enquiries after test driving the car & before collecting it were answered promptly. Lisa was kind enough to pick me up from home on the day of collection, which was a nice touch.

Following experiences elsewhere, dealing with Lisa at Yeomam's Toyota Worthing was something of a revelation. This is how a sale should be. Adequate time taken to patiently answer and explain issues raised. Once my car arrived, at the early end of the delivery window, I was taken through it's features before hitting the road. The only slight glitch, connecting my Android phone to the 'infotainment' system (slightly different from my previous car) led to a quick phone call and a brief visit the following day to sort the issue in a timely manner. Lisa's manner was both pleasant and highly professional and I have no hesitation in recommending both her and the Yeoman's dealership. Once again thanks Lisa

Service guy needs to chill out and smile when customers make small talk! Toyota requested the recall for airbags, costing me my time. Only to find the steering wheel had small deep scratch! Thanks Toyota! Luckily I had it for sale and it didn't impact my price. Next time be more careful of people's pride and joy!

We went in to Toyota having received a letter enticing us to think about changing our car early. We were served by Lisa who was most helpful and pleasant and easily managed to persuade us to test drive the CHR! She dealt with all the paperwork involved in changing cars most efficiently and explained everything clearly. She looked after us extremely well and is more than happy to help us if we have any problems.

Purchased a used Yaris last week through Lisa. She was very helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing the vehicle, keeping us updated throughout the process, especially as we do not live locally. Having imported my GTS86 from Australia, I was looking for a good dealership here to cater for all my servicing, and other work, needs. My dealership in Aus was top notch and fantastic to deal with. Having a dealership that will treat my car as well I do, and that I can trust to do the work needed, is incredibly important to me. I was really hoping for a similar experience to that I had in Aus. My first impression of a dealership is how they treat a potential customer on that first point of contact. Unfortunately this is where Yeomans Toyota has fallen down. I read through the reviews here to get an idea of what to expect. There appears to be a lot of people that either love or hate the experience they have had. Looking a little deeper, it appears that there is better feedback on the sales side than the aftersales and servicing. This was worrying for me. Last year I had called Yeomans to discuss registering my car with them (after the import process had been completed), and to get a new battery fitted as a problem with under-capacity batteries fitted as standard to these cars is a known problem. I called them, and, after being on hold for a while, was informed that I would be called back. A phone call I never received. So I purchased a battery and fitted it myself. Anyway, that was last year, it’s now 2019 and it might just have been a one off. I now need to get my car serviced, and also to have a few other jobs carried out. To this end I decided to give Yeomans the benefit of the doubt, and I called them yesterday, early-to-mid afternoon. The gentleman that answered the telephone spoke so quickly in the greeting that I had to ask them to repeat what they had said to make sure I had called the correct number, I didn’t understand a single word of what he had said. I asked to book in for a service, and again I was on hold for a little while until the gentleman informed me that the telephone lines to the service department were all busy so I would be telephoned back. This started to sound familiar, so I asked how long it would take. I was told that as there were some customers in front of me that it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I said that would be great and gave my name and telephone number. Anyway, no telephone call was forthcoming. The clock ticked by and after it reached 17:00 I decided that enough was enough and that I would look for a dealership elsewhere. My business obviously was not valuable enough to them. I am more than happy to drive as far as I need to in order to find a good dealership. It is such a pity that, despite all the negative feedback left by other current, and potential customers, and promises of how the feedback will be passed on to Yeomans management, nothing appears to be changing. I would love to be proved wrong on this, so please Yeomans, prove me wrong. I am going to visit another dealership today to see what they are like. Happy to leave booking in my car for 24 hrs if I can be convinced that Yeomans is as good as it says it is. EDIT: Thank you for your prompt reply to me. I have successfully booked my car in for Monday with Michelle, who was extremely helpful and a delight to speak to. Fingers crossed :) EDIT Again: I had my service today and I must say I couldn’t be happier with the attentive and very efficient service I received from every employee I encountered there, and especially from the service desk personnel. Thank you for giving me the confidence in a local dealership that I can trust to look after my car. I spend a lot of money on it and try to treat it as such and I am very happy to have found a company that shares that view and compares favourably with the great standard my Australian dealership set. My wife and I have recently purchased a Yaris Hybrid from Yeomans. Lisa looked after us and was very supportive - friendly, approachable, well-informed, professional, well-organised. Neither of us have much experience in driving automatics and her help in giving us a driving lesson was really appreciated.

This is the second new car I have bought from Yeomans. I have also had my car serviced there regularly. I have always found the staff friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. I found Lisa very helpful when buying my new car last week. She made the whole process easy and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Love my new Aygo, especially the Apple car play!

I only went in for a service for my Mother’s Auris and I got looking at some of the Aygos (specifically the bi-tone Magenta Fizz colour, so snazzy). Cut a long story short, I came back the next day and started the process! My Mother will only deal with one person in sales and that’s Rob G. I have seen how helpful and supportive he is towards her, and has been for at least 4-5 years. This is the customer service that you want. I have had bad dealings with another company previously, but coming here to Toyota is a breath of fresh air, especially the buying process. In regards to Yeomans, Toyota - it’s an easily accessible building with spaces available outside the complex within 20m. It has a fab self-service refreshment station, a good display of cars, it’s beautifully clean and tidy and is light and airy. The little things like the ‘Toyota Loves’ car sponges and drinks really add to the experience. In regards to Rob G - he’s a very helpful and understanding person when it comes to cars and customer service. At no point have I ever felt unsure or confused as Rob explained everything about everything. He’s even helped show me how to use the car (I have no idea...) so I don’t break it when I first drive off. I must congratulate him as well for managing to put up with my Mother and I. She always leaves with a smile on her face. You know you’ve done good when she’s left smiling. He has the patience of a Saint, I must say! 10 out of 10 for Rob. I need to mention that Toyota are now my no.1 choice as it is within the family. My family have a tendency to destroy things magnificently and if a Toyota can survive that then I am sure it’s well worth buying... Thanks again!

I originally went into Toyota around 4-6 months ago to enquire about purchasing a Toyota GT86 coupe. A very helpful sales person called Lisa Ford approached me and from that moment forward kept in contact regarding the car I was after. The thing that made me feel so comfortable was there was no moment where I felt pushed or forced to make a decision. Instead patience and great customer service led me to buying a brand new GT86. I was even given follow ups after the sale of the car to make sure everything was fine. The staff have always been extremely helpful here and I can't praise everyone here enough! Thank you!

This is a little overdue but anyway. I went to look at changing my car and unfortunately the first person I spoke to there was very unhelpful and never contacted me back like he said he would. However when I went to get my car serviced back in July. I spoke to Alex and between him and Robin I ended up getting the lovely purple aygo. They completely turned my experience around and they are so helpful and friendly!! Thank you guys. 😊

Out looking for a used car I booked a test drive at Yeomans. I was surprised that parking was so difficult ... No spaces left for customers and cars parked bumper to bumper outside Yeomans area too. My friend took me and she is disabled. The disabled space is outside the front entrance but to access it is a nightmare. Once you get in there is no turning space to easily get out. You'll have to back up your car 25m around others arriving into the same space. It feels too small a space for such size of dealer. For me it lacked professionalism. Front desk was casual about our arrival, the waiting area was crammed full, and staff desks cluttered and seemingly on top of each other. Whilst helpful, I never felt it was business like. Bigger premises are needed I think, and higher customer service standards to match good quality cars. Tidy up! File away! Clean desks.

Visited a few months ago to look at buying a used car. Initially one of the members of staff that spoke to us seemed really off, he was very short with us and not helpful at all, made us feel quite uncomfortable to the point where we decided to leave. On another visit a female staff member was really helpful and was happy to show us a few cars.

A really great experience! They found the fault with our Rav4 that a previous garage couldn't identify. Modern, clean facilities with a comfortable Toyota Lounge area where you can wait and see your car being worked on. Friendly and helpful staff. After being let down by another garage it is good to have our car back running nicely again at last!

Since I bought my new Toyota Yaris from this dealer last year, I have found the service I have received absolutely excellent, from purchasing the car, the first service this year and sorting out some issues I had (nothing mechanical!) over the year. Neil and Michelle in the Service Department have always been very helpful and I would like to mention especially Rob Grierson in the Sales Dept who went out of his way to deal with a problem I had this year, which he didn't have to get involved in, but sorted out brilliantly. Many thanks to all the team at this dealership.

Wanted to say how helpful Neil and Michelle on the Service Dept. desk always are. We only started using the garage as we live round the corner - so glad we did. Despite normally being busy we've got to know Neil especially and he always takes the time to help sort out our cars quickly and reasonably, even if it's only replacing a bulb. Friendly, efficient and helpful - normally hard to come by these days but in bucketloads at Worthing Toyota.

Great customer service from Rob at Toyota Worthing. I get my new car in March, Rob dealt with all my queries and solved any issues I had quickly and efficiently. This will be my second new car from Toyota and if my new car drives like the first one I will have three years of great trouble free driving. 5* Toyota for the heated seats.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble. I got a very personal service, everything was explained very clearly, both about the vehicle and the finance options. I felt free to ask as many questions as I wanted and my advisor didn’t mind me asking if we could to go over something twice. I had as much time as I needed, both to sit in and look over the vehicle and to discuss my options. My overall experience is that they were kind, knowledgeable and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to friends and family.

Have just purchased a Toyota Yaris today 16/03/2017 and have to say the staff and team they have there are brilliant, they took my old car in part exchange and I have a new fantastic car. They did everything they even helped me out sort out the transfer of my personalised number plate from my old car to my new one and when I have the paperwork back they will even put the number plate onto the cat.😀
