A single vehicle is eligible for the Motability scheme, as it is a single lease per agreed driver.
People are eligible to claim the Personal Independence Payment (PCP) and take out a lease in their now name from the age of 16. Those over the age of 65 are eligible for the scheme, so long as they receive PIP, Disability Living Allowance, and Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS).
