Paperless renting

To ensure the vehicle rental process is as streamlined as possible, we have made it paper free and easy. This means our staff will be able to send you your rental agreements directly to your email address, so you'll always have them with you.

Our team also use handheld devices to make the visual inspection even quicker, taking photos as proof of the vehicle's condition when you check out and check in, giving you peace of mind against damage and fuel charges.

Insurance included

Collision Damage Waiver insurance is included in your rental, meaning that the standard excess for drivers 25 years+ is £500 for cars. This can be reduced further to £250 for car rental and £500 for van rental by choosing the Enhanced Collision Damage Waiver as an option when booking. This will cost an additional £10 per day.

Included in your Collision Damage Waiver is:

• Breakdown recovery - a phone number with 24/7 access to assistance across the UK
• Tyre damage - covered under fair wear and tear, anything outside of this you will be liable for applicable access
• Windscreen & glass damage - covered but you will be liable for applicable excess
• Excess - applicable excess to pay on any new damage when you bring the car back
