Trainee Sales /Customer Services Advisor - Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Indian Queens

Here at Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Indian Queens we are looking for a Trainee Sales /Customer Services Advisor to join our friendly team.

Duties to include

• Saturday and bank holiday showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping with the basics when a salesman is busy etc).
• Showroom display vehicles, silent salesman inserts, battery chargers etc to be maintained.
• Maintain accessories display on cars in line with quarterly standards.
• Maintain used forecourt and demo display price changes etc
• Used car photos & videos for publication on various platforms and pushing to social media.
• Social media posts
• Showroom host meet and greet/phone cover.
• Maintain DealerWeb
• Aiding customers with WeConnected Car technology and make sure all new vehicles are set up
• General product queries
• Product specialist

A background in a sales environment is not essential.

Professionalism, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities, as is a full driving licence.
