Service Administrator / Warranty Administrator

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Administrator / Warranty Administrator to join our busy Aftersales team at Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who wants to develop into a Service Advisor role, or an existing Service/Warranty Administrator looking for a stable, well-run dealership with genuine support and progression.
You’ll be working at the heart of the service department, supporting technicians, advisors, and management to ensure jobs flow smoothly, warranties are submitted accurately, and customers receive the high standards Yeomans is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Warranty claim submission and management in line with Nissan standards
- Liaising with Nissan systems, technical bulletins, and warranty policies
- Supporting Service Advisors with job administration and invoicing
- Processing service paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with technicians regarding job progress and warranty requirements
- Maintaining clear records and ensuring compliance with audit requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in automotive admin, service reception, or warranty (preferred but not essential)
- An aspiring Service Advisor or someone keen to grow within Aftersales
- Confident using computer systems and learning manufacturer platforms
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
