Sales, Site & Logistics Coordinator

Yeomans Honda Guildford are looking for a Sales, Site & Logistics Coordinator to join our award winning and friendly team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicle stock is presented to the highest standard online while also supporting the smooth flow of vehicles through preparation, sales, and delivery processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the sales administration team
• Responsible for all photo & video imagery for the website and social media
• Photograph new and used vehicles to a high standard for website and marketing platforms
• Maintain consistent image quality across all stock
• Edit and upload images in line with brand and company guidelines
• Managing direct vehicle purchases, tracking vehicles through preparation, workshop, valeting, and sales stages
• Managing trade vehicle sales
• Responsible for the movement of vehicles
• Overseeing various social media channels to drive engagement and sales

What we're looking for:

• Have a passion to learn and for the Honda brand
• Ideally 21 or over
• IT literate including email, Microsoft Excel and Word, and social media
• Hold and full, clean driving license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in photography & social media
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
