Apprentice Parts Advisor- Yeomans Toyota

At Yeomans Toyota, we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our team.

You will work alongside our experienced parts team to learn all aspects of working in a busy parts department.

We are looking for candidates who will share our passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service for all of our customers and are willing to learn new skills both as an individual and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting, workshop, trade and retail customers with parts related enquiries through all communication channels
• Maximising sales opportunities
• Stock maintenance and ordering
• Receipting goods inwards
• Managing warranty and new parts returns

It would be advantageous although not essential to have a basic knowledge of motor vehicles and their main components. You will have an eye for detail and be a team player.

The successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to use their own initiative. GCSE Grades A – C / 9-4 would be desirable.

A full driving licence is essential for this position.
