Our service departments remain open as usual, and our new and used car sales departments continue to offer a click and collect service.

Firstly, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy and healthy 2021!

Following the Government’s latest COVID announcement on Monday 4th January, we wanted to let you know how Yeomans will be operating for the duration of the new lockdown – rest assured that we are still here for you!

Vehicle servicing, MOTs and repairs are classed as essential services, so our service departments will remain fully open and we will retain our normal Monday to Saturday opening times. It is legally permitted for you to visit us for these essential services, and we have implemented significant changes to keep everyone safe. These include:

  • Designated and timed appointments - to minimise queues and maintain social distancing.

  • COVID-19 Safety signage - to help direct you safely through all customer areas.

  • Increased sanitising of our showrooms and workshops.

  • Personal protective equipment and hand sanitiser are available for your use.

  • Perspex screens - all service desks now feature screens for your added safety.

  • Comprehensive vehicle sanitisation - your car will be comprehensively sanitised to ensure that all touch points have been thoroughly cleaned prior to collection. Additional in-car sanitisation options are available, please ask for more details.


What to expect when your car needs a service or repair at Yeomans​

Our new car showrooms will be closed to physical visitors during the lockdown, but our sales teams remain at work to help with any new and used car enquiries by telephone, email, online chat or video - whichever suits you best.

New and used car sales can be concluded remotely, and it is legally permitted for you to visit our dealership to collect a new or used car that you have purchased during lockdown. Alternatively, we can arrange for a home delivery if you prefer.

We also offer a click and collect service for used cars via our website, which has the facility to obtain a part exchange valuation, submit a finance application, or reserve a used car online with a fully refundable £99 holding deposit. This can be done from the safety of your own home, and any necessary paperwork can be done electronically.

If you are due to pick up a new or used vehicle that you have already ordered this can still go ahead with our contactless handovers.

Our priority will always be the safety of our colleagues and customers, and we will reopen our showrooms to visitors as soon as we are told that we are able to do so. Until then please stay safe, and remember that we are still here for you in the meantime.
