We have implemented strict social distancing guidelines in our showrooms for our colleagues and customers to follow, and your new car will be fully sanitised before collection, so you can have complete peace of mind.

After placing an order you will receive an email from us that acknowledges our receipt of it. We will then contact you as quickly as possible during normal working hours to confirm the sale and inform you of the next steps required to proceed to handover, including arrangements regarding payment of the balance and any part-exchange vehicle. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email. This might be because the vehicle has already been sold, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the vehicle, because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified, or because we suspect the transaction may be fraudulent. If we are unable to accept your order, we will refund your £99 deposit in full as soon as possible.
We will endeavour to have your new car ready within 48 hours, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
Of course! At the beginning of the online reservation process, you will be asked to confirm your preferred payment method (PCP, HP, Pay in Full). Once you have selected your car, you will then receive a quote based on your preferred payment method (but you can also choose to review quotes for other methods). If you decide to place an order and buy on finance, you will be asked to enter your personal details and address, and then fill in a finance application online. You must be over 18 to apply for finance, and acceptance is subject to status. In some circumstances a guarantee may be needed.
If you decide to proceed with your purchase and you have decided to pay in full you will be asked to put in your personal and payment card details to make a £99 deposit to progress the purchase.
Provided you have applied an accurate (Below Average, Average or Showroom) description of the vehicle and it is free from mechanical faults and accident damage we will honour the at the time of placing the order. Our representative will inspect the vehicle before handover. If the condition, mileage or other valuation parameter of the vehicle is not as described by you upon valuation, we will have the right to adjust the value of the vehicle. If this results in a deficit of the amount due to us for your new vehicle, you will be required to make up the shortfall before your new vehicle is handed over to you. We will discuss available options, which may include payment by debit or credit card, or adding the shortfall to your finance (if applicable).
If there is finance outstanding on your vehicle, we will settle this and any remaining value will be put towards your deposit. If the outstanding finance is more than the value of your car you may need to settle it yourself before handover.
We regret that we cannot deliver to your home, you will need to visit the supplying dealer to collect your new car.
All of our franchises offer some form of 30 day exchange policy - terms and conditions do apply. Please check with the respective dealership for the exact exchange terms that apply to your chosen vehicle.
If you have completed the purchase online using our end to end click and collect facility, with no face to face contact with a member of our staff, you have up to 14 days and 100 miles to get to know your new car and to make sure it suits you. If you are not completely happy with it you can return it for a full refund.
To exercise your right to cancel you must return the car and the signed V5 Registration Document to us before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will be responsible for returning the car to the supplying dealership.
You are liable for any diminished value of the car resulting from any use other than for an agreed familiarisation distance of 100 miles to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
An excess mileage charge of £1 per mile for any mileage over 100 miles in the first 14 days will apply – and we may refuse to accept the car back if it has covered more than 100 miles since you took possession.
You must not drive the car for any reason other than to return it to us once you have notified us of your intention to return it - but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is returned.
We can’t accept a return if the car has been modified or altered from the condition it was received in, and if the car has been in an accident or is damaged we will unfortunately not be able to accept it as a return.
You must take reasonable care of the car whilst it is in your possession. You will be responsible for any loss or damage from when it is delivered to you until it is returned to us.
If you cancel the purchase we will make a full refund of all payments made not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the car and the signed V5 Registration Document back.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you have used for the initial transaction.
If you do decide to cancel we may not be able to give you your old car back. If we are not able to return your old car we will refund the amount equivalent to that which we originally paid you for the car.
If you return your new car and need to get your road tax refunded you can process a refund via the DVLA website.
