- Take on a leadership role within the service department, offering guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. Lead by example and uphold our commitment to quality.

- Strictly adhere to safety and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible work environment.
Requirements
- Hold a valid certification as a Vehicle Master Technician from a recognised industry body or manufacturer.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, showcasing your problem-solving abilities.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology, including engine management, hybrid and electric systems, and advanced safety features.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills, which are vital for fostering positive customer relationships.
- Showcase leadership abilities and a willingness to guide and support junior technicians.
- Hold a valid UK driver's license.
