    Together with my wife we decided to explore the possibility of changing our car. We liked the Juke but wanted to check it out further. Our first introduction was via George who listened to us while we explained our situation. He showed us several cars within our price range until we narrowed in on the car we liked. After going through the finance options we decided to go away tothinkabout it further without leaving any contact details for him to follow up with us, he just knew us to be Mark And Debbie. The following week we came back and completed the deal. What impressed us was the customer service we were given, George was thoroughly professional in his manner and at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. He had remembered everything we have previously discussed and it felt like a personal service. Like many reviews here I wish I could give more than stars. Will we come back when we need another car, yes without doubt, will we ask for George, again yes without doubt. Thank you Barnard & Brough

    I bought a Qashqai from these guys back in November. It was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Craig was friendly and ran through all the options I could choose without ever being pushy, and a week later my car was ready to go! A lovely area to take cars for a test drive as well, and there are drinks readily available if you’re waiting for a Service. Will definitely be heading back here when I’m next due and upgrade.     My parents bought a Nissan Leaf from Craig at Barnard and Brough. From arrival they were warmly greeted, offered a drink and shown potential cars. They were anxious about moving from Petrol to Electric and Craig highlighted pros and cons of both. As their car has gone to the car park in the sky Craig very kindly collected them for their test drive. He answered their questions and gave them a detailed overview. Now a couple of months in and they are still delighted withMiketheir little black Leaf that they have been on adventures to Bristol in and loved every minute. Thank you!

    Craig was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He found a lovely black car for me in Portsmouth and went above and beyond by arranging for it to be brought down within just a few days. He’s been so accommodating, helpful and patient throughout the whole process, making everything feel super easy and stress-free.     I’ve used the service department at Yeomans DS Exeter multiple times now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. From booking to collection, everything is handled with a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. The team is efficient, knowledgeable, and actually communicates clearly—no vague updates or being left in the dark. They explain exactly what’s needed, why it’s needed, and give realistic timeframes. There’s none of the usual upselling pressure either, which immediately builds trust. Turnaround times have always been solid, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. The car comes back in top condition, and any issues are properly resolved the first time instead of patched over. Customer service is where they really stand out. The staff are approachable, organised, and clearly know what they’re doing. You’re treated like a valued customer rather than just another booking slot.     I would like give 5 stars to Edward Hills because he does know how to respond according to customers' needs. Once I called the branch, he sent me a video showing me the car in details. Also, he was so patient in answering all my questions and tried his best to make sure the car will be handed to me in the perfect condition and got me a very good deal as well. Due to some hiccups, I cannot go ahead buying the car. But surely, next time I will come back all the way from London to buy a car from him. Thanks Edward.

    We have just bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai E-Power from Barnard & Brough and could not be more pleased with it. We first approached this Nissan dealership a few months ago when we met Craig, one of the salespeople, to discuss the possibility of us buying their demonstrator when it became available. But the deal which Craig offered us for a new model was so good that it made sense to buy new. The discount was very good. The offer for our car in part exchange was more than we expected. But most impessive was that Craig understood exactly what we found important and what we were willing to pay, and was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. No pressure, just very helpful guidance.

    Sometimes a good business is judged on how well they look after you once the deal is done. I drove 80 miles to by a £10k Qashqai, believing that main dealers don’t sell older cars unless they are of a high standard. Well, not disappointed. Though a few marks on the bodywork the wrap around warranty, pre handover service and even extra fuel was the deciding factor. Then, on collection, a faulty seat tensioner meant I’d already left my niece for a pre booked evening out and she got ##ed until 6.30. (I left at 5.15). They sorted what they could and will collect, leave a courtesy car, and repair it next week. A £10,250, 6 year old, 70k miles car, sold by them, full main dealer service stamps and one owner who exchanged for another. I’d tracked the non main dealers and it’s really scary, some really crap, ex auction, cars with wild promises. What’s not to like about this dealer and the help of Edwards Hills and the team. I’d purchased a Qashqai from Yeomans Basingstoke last July and following recommendations, that’s 4 Qasqai’s bought from Yeomans in the past 12 months from friends and family.

    If I could give more stars I would .I have just taken delivery of my new Nissan Juke. Craig was professional, helpful and sensitive to my situation as I had to change my car because of a change in personal circumstances. I never felt obligated or pressured to make a decision and I was treated with respect and care .Everything was explained to me perfectly . I am a great believer that "people sell" and if you find someone who you trust then the rest will follow .     Judy and I went to look at the new Quashqai as part of our plan to change our Volvo. We have had cars from this dealer in the past, many years before Yeomans took over, but the manager greeted us like old friends. We intended to do the rounds of the major brands in our search for a new car but when Salesman Craig patiently went through the details of the hybrid e-Power we were sold on it right away. We didn't want a plug-in and the e-Power could have been designed for us! I have to admit, the well publicised drive by Nissan from John O'Groats to Lands End, well over 700 miles, on one tank of petrol, helped us decide but Craig took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the e-Power could offer us. We signed up immediately, cancelled all the other visits, paid our deposit and Craig delivered the new car in just a few days. We have now been driving it for about ten days and we love it. The very comfortable seats that hold you in place, infinitely adjustable for the driver; the variety of petrol and/or battery driving options that the car offers; the way the car feels on the road - it rides the bumps very softly; the quietness of the drive is also surpising. It has plenty of room for four adults and a large boot that will easily take our daughter's spaniels when we are on support duties. Craig explained how the servicing package works and we signed up for three years as we know it will be in good hands in the service bay. It's a car off the production line but it really feels bespoke. Thanks for being so patient with us Craig.

    Was looking for a relatively new automatic to learn in. Craig was very knowledgeable and offered several options that meet my requirements. After a couple of test drives I narrowed the selection down and Craig went through my financing options. We decided on the best and most suitable options for my circumstances and went ahead with the purchase. Craig was very helpfull and exceptionally knowledgeable throughout the entire process from choosing the car to the hand over process.
