  The BEST experience I have had when buying a car!! Jamie was absolutely brilliant!! So so helpful and answered every question we had and made sure we were totally happy with everything. I can't recommend this garage enough! Shout out to Emine Tulu too! She was fab!! Only been there a few days and was so good! We had visited a few other dealerships (not Nissan) prior to coming here and the difference in customer service was off the scale. Highly recommend!!

  I recently purchased a Nissan Juke here with Craig MacDonald and I can honestly say the whole experience from start to finish was far beyond expectation. My family have bought cars with this dealership for the past 40 years and they have never disappointed, with my last car (micra) lasting well over 100,000 miles after great servicing at their garage.   We recently bought a 3-year old Qashqai, and have to say the experience of buying from here was excellent. We worked with George who initially listened to our needs and found a suitable model which we then test drove. In the meantime, George found the perfect car at the Eastbourne branch and worked quickly to bring it over for us within a week. The process of buying was smooth, we were shown every feature on the car and given lots of opportunity to test drive, ask questions and follow up. Whilst we found some scratches on the alloys, we were offered to have these replaced as part of the purchase too. Super happy with the dealership and would recommend the dealership and George to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. Thanks team!

  We recently bought a two-year-old used Nissan Juke from Barnard & Brough and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We dealt with Craig, who was genuinely lovely throughout the process. He was friendly, welcoming, and very easy to talk to, making us feel at ease from the moment we walked into the showroom. He took the time to answer all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had about the car. When we noticed a couple of small chips in the windscreen, Craig didn't hesitate to arrange for the entire windscreen to be replaced before we collected the car a week later. It was great customer service and showed that they genuinely care about delivering the car in the best possible condition. Craig also made the changeover from our old car to the new one straightforward, helping us with all the paperwork and ensuring everything went smoothly. When we returned to collect the car, he was there to greet us and made it clear that if we had any questions or issues in the future, he would be our first point of contact and would be happy to help. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. We'd happily recommend Barnard & Brough Nissan, and especially Craig, to anyone looking to buy a new or used Nissan. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

  I went to Nissan to have a look at the juke with my son. From the second we entered the show room we was welcomed and helped by Craig. Helped us decide what car was best spent a lot of time going though any questions we had. Showing us every part of the car. My son wanted to go and view one more car else where but he wasn't happy with how the other salemen in the other showroom was with him. Also with Craig nothing we asked for was to much for him.   Together with my wife we decided to explore the possibility of changing our car. We liked the Juke but wanted to check it out further. Our first introduction was via George who listened to us while we explained our situation. He showed us several cars within our price range until we narrowed in on the car we liked. After going through the finance options we decided to go away tothinkabout it further without leaving any contact details for him to follow up with us, he just knew us to be Mark And Debbie. The following week we came back and completed the deal. What impressed us was the customer service we were given, George was thoroughly professional in his manner and at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. He had remembered everything we have previously discussed and it felt like a personal service. Like many reviews here I wish I could give more than stars.   I bought a Qashqai from these guys back in November. It was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Craig was friendly and ran through all the options I could choose without ever being pushy, and a week later my car was ready to go! A lovely area to take cars for a test drive as well, and there are drinks readily available if you’re waiting for a Service. Will definitely be heading back here when I’m next due and upgrade.   My parents bought a Nissan Leaf from Craig at Barnard and Brough. From arrival they were warmly greeted, offered a drink and shown potential cars. They were anxious about moving from Petrol to Electric and Craig highlighted pros and cons of both. As their car has gone to the car park in the sky Craig very kindly collected them for their test drive. He answered their questions and gave them a detailed overview. Now a couple of months in and they are still delighted withMiketheir little black Leaf that they have been on adventures to Bristol in and loved every minute. Thank you!
