Judges recognised that for those looking to buy a used car, the DS Certified scheme offers the best combined and compelling offers with high-level preparation, attractive and high-spec products, generous warranty cover and customer well-being at its foundation.
What Car? judges concluded DS Certified scheme was the best all-round used car provider with benefits that make it ‘a terrific deal and a worthy winner’.
The forthcoming What Car? Used Car of the Year Awards for 2020, published in the November issue and out from 3 October, announces that DS Certified is their ‘Best Used Car Scheme Award winner for 2020’. What Car? judges compared all UK used car make schemes and concluded there was one very clear winner.
DS Certified cars within 48 months age and with up to 50,000 miles covered have a comprehensive vehicle preparation that includes a 120-point vehicle quality and function check, and a latest service. The warranty is for a minimum 24 months/unlimited mileage cover that includes DS Assistance (roadside assistance) for the duration of the warranty period. There is a 30-day / 1,000 mile exchange period to satisfy customers (or select to replace the vehicle). Importantly a test drive is always available and with product feature explanations and guidance.
The ‘OnlyYou’, DS customer experience programme is also included, featuring DS at your service, MyDS app (with a portfolio of services and benefits) and access to Club Privilege, DS Valet delivery and DS Rent. DS Certified also facilitates part exchange, finance offers, warranty extension options and maintenance contracts to further support and enhance the DS ownership experience.
