¹All software updates are covered under the CONNECT Safety and Service package which is covered for 10 years. If you have not enrolled or renewed your SEAT for twelve months, you will be prompted to renew your subscription for other CONNECT services such as Remote Access. Please note that this is not mandatory.

²All users are considered Guest Users when they first log in to a connected vehicle. To access the full suite of CONNECT functions, including remote software updates, the vehicle must have a Primary User assigned.

³CONNECT users can choose from four different privacy modes which determine the level of data sharing from the vehicle. Maximum Privacy mode is often the default mode when CONNECT enrolment is first carried out but this will not accept any remote software updates. Users who have left their vehicle in this mode will need to change it temporarily to a more open setting.#47387
