Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He helped me decide on the Jaecoo 7 but wasn’t pushy on any way. Once I had decided Alan kept in regular contact on the progress of my new car and when it was time to change over, the date and time was agreed for handing over. Alan was extremely helpful with the handover and went through everything in the car and made sure I understood it all. He then phoned a couple of days after I had got the car to see if I had any questions or issues.

I recently picked up my new Omoda 5 Hybrid from Yeomans in Littlehampton and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered the car on March 2nd, just after release, and everything was handled in a really smooth and organised way. Communication was clear throughout and the whole process felt straightforward and well managed. Karim (Sales Manager) and Alex (Sales Assistant) were both outstanding. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful at every stage. They even managed to bring my collection date forward by a few days to suit my personal schedule, which I really appreciated, and made sure everything was ready without any issues. My part exchange was also handled efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the car itself – it looks fantastic and drives even better. After chatting with Kamil on the phone we drove from Somerset to buy a Vauxhall Mokka. Salesman who met us and took us on our test drive was Alex (Al as he prefers 😁). Everything was so relaxed, no attempt at pressure selling we were offeted a fair price on our PX and we were wrapped up and on our way home within 90 minutes. Last week I had an issue with my car window. Andy was super reassuring over the phone and signposted to me to a Vauxhall garage closer to my place of work. He recommended I try using some WD40 first, and if it doesn’t help, to get it looked at. I was quoted £186 from the other garage, so I decided to take Andy’s advice and try to DIY.. well it worked an absolute treat, and I saved myself £184! I’ve had my car serviced here and recently had my tyres changed, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and very accommodating when it comes to booking appointments around school runs, which I really appreciate. The customer lounge is clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy for me to work while my car is being looked after, and the hot drinks machine is a nice extra touch. All work has been completed to a high standard and within the timeframes discussed, which gives me real confidence in their service. I would happily recommend this Vauxhall dealership – they’ve become my local, trusted garage, and the service and MOT plans are a great added benefit.

Alex has been superb from the very beginning from initial contact through to handover. He has been accommodating, responsive and very helpful with information when making a decision. Knew something was wrong with the car and was anxious on being so far from home. Immediately helped me knew from my scatty description what was wrong CV boot joint clip had broken I believe and fixed it there and then NO Charge! WOW can't thank them enough. X.

I have just ordered my new car from here and so far it's been a really good experience from a smaller dealer than most these days and I highly recommend them especially the really nice laid back Italian guy Gennaro who I'm dealing with. From turning up to test drive the car I was interested in and he just gave me the keys and said there's fuel in it just get it back before we close I kinda knew then that they were going to be supplying the car and I really think it has the makings of a long relationship going forward and especially as I'm going electric so bound to be lots to questions from me as I learn to fly it I think and hope they will be there to help me 22/08/2024 I collected my shiny new electric Corsa yesterday afternoon and everything went very smoothly and I am very pleased with both the car and the service shown to me and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to get a new car. Thank to Gennaro who took care of me and everything and between him and his boss even managed to solve a problem of my own making that almost delayed my being able to collect the car yesterday and could have delayed my getting the car for a further week had they not come up with a solution and I thank them profusely for that!

We found a very competitive price for a used Vauxhall Insignia with Yeomans Littlehampton, and dealt with the excellent Alan in sales. We did have some small bodywork issues with the car that were not noticed on initial viewing (in the rain!) but these were promised to be dealt with by management and a week or so later this duly was the case once we were assigned a newly available courtesy car. We also had a few mechanical issues, which were concerning but once again investigated and dealt with superbly by Andy and the service team and Chris the manager to our relief and satisfaction. This reassured us that the dealership took customer feedback, service and retention seriously and as a consequence I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership and look forward to doing business again in the future,

My Partner Zoe picked up her motibility car today from Alan From the start of the experience Alan has been a true marvel kept in touch with us throughout helped with the choice of car made Zoe feel totally at ease and with her disabilities she finds interaction hard but Alan was very friendly and cheerful to be honest a credit to the company and made the whole experience not just easy but made Zoe feel special great customer service really can’t praise him enough and Vauxhall motibility experience was excellent well done guys thank you

Whenever I have any issues with my car Vauxhall are so helpful in getting it fixed. I drove my car to Vauxhall as there was juddering and Andy was so helpful in getting it booked in immediately. He then kept me in the loop so I knew what work needed doing and organised for it to be carried out. The team then fixed my car promptly and it was ready to go that same morning. Huge thank you to Andy and the team 🙂

My Dad needed a car after an accident in his old one, unfortunately the dealer he'd last used many years ago had closed down so we looked for a Vauxhall Dealer locally. Yeomans Littlehampton were brilliant from the start - Nathan sourced him the exact car he wanted, with no pushy sales pressure, just a relaxed and friendly couple of meetings sorting out paperwork. Andy in the service department has been exceptional sorting out a couple of issues with the car (understandable in second hand cars) - all under the warranty. I had a problem with my Vauxhall Insignia this weekend & phoned 3 Vauxhall Main dealers to try to get help. Sadly, I called Yeomans Littlehampton last! The other two quoted 4 to 8 weeks before they could even investigate the issue!! I called Yeomans Littlehampton and spoke to Andy in the Service Dept, he discussed the problem in full and gave me clear advice that enabled me to fix the problem immediately without seeing the car! So whilst looking for a new car as my previous one was starting to flag, I visited here and thought about chancing my arm so to speak to see if I could get a nice car with no deposit other than the rusty bucket of a car I turned up in... Well took a browse and found myself interested in a vauxhall Corsa. Heading in to enquire there was that little voice in back of mind casting doubt about accepting, being laughed out the showroom or any other thought if you have no deposit. Well what I got was a warm and Inviting welcome, a friendly and approachable chat with Alan (think that's his name).. Who I simply laid all my cards on the table, told my disposable income after bills and looking to see what I could get. Well times have certainly changed and no deposit was required as my credit score was good enough to obtain a loan for the car to pay off over 4 years and clear which worked absolute wonders if I'm honest.. I felt disbelief and wondering if I had actually managed to get this as a reality and sure enough today the dream became a reality as I collected my new shiny car and sorted all paperwork feeling very very impressed with the ease of how this was handled.. So if I was to give advice to anyone it is to just be open and honest with your available funds and see what you can get because like me.. You may be pleasantly surprised... I would highly recommend with a five star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 recommendation for service, approachable staff, products and services, clear and conscious explanation of Gap Insurance, and hospitality whilst sorting out all the paperwork.

They kept in contact, were open and honest and followed through on everything they promised. Although I travelled quite a long way for a particular second hand car unfortunately I was pipped at the post by another buyer. But Alan, the salesman, let me have a test drive in an identical model and I also viewed 2 others. They were all nice but not exactly what I wanted. Alan was very understanding and courteous, despite not making a sale on this particular occasion.

I've just bought my first car on finance at the Littlehampton branch and I am very pleased with it. The salesman who I dealt with, David Stimson was very helpful and was very honest and talked me through the whole process, he wasn't pushy at all and gave us time to look at the car. Fantastic customer service from Yeomans Vauxhall Littlehampton. I needed a quick purchase of a new car following the engine suddenly ceasing on my current car. We dealt with Nathan Harding who was very professional but friendly and not at all pushy unlike other dealers we visited. All of the staff I spoke to in the dealership were helpful, professional and friendly. The whole purchase was seamless & they delivered the car to my home the following day. The followup care has also been excellent. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and will definitely consider purchasing my next car from them.

We picked up our 'used' car yesterday- a Corsa with very few miles on the clock. We were a little worried about ordering online as you need to leave a deposit before you see the car. Our concerns were unfounded and we found the process better than a normal car purchase! We spoke with Alan who told us there was a deep scratch on one of the diamond alloys. When we went to see the car 3 days later he had this fixed for us. The car was immaculate and we had a familiarisation drive before we left. If we were not happy we could have stopped the purchase. There was no pressure and paperwork was sorted before our visit due to covid. The showroom is covid safe and yes- you can use the toilets- just as well after a long journey and being over middle age....only a bit!! Would totally recommend Alan and Yeomans if you are looking for an easy and trustworthy buying experience

Very happy with my experience today at this dealership. As an owner of a very much older Vauxhall due for its MOT I couldn't have asked more from here. Anybody could say anything about my 26 year old Vauxhall but I found the results to be both fair and informative and within my expectations about my older vehicle. Honestly, I would highly recommend. Whilst parked in a private car park, a vehicle reversed into me at speed, bashing the bumper and headlamp. What appeared superficial turned out to be significant internal damage to the headlamp pod. The after sales manager and his colleagues were great; car collected, assessed, fixed, returned WITH ANNOTATED PHOTOS! Faced with evidence the reversing racer paid in full. Thank you all.

Fitted in my MOT this afternoon after a frantic call from me earlier!! They were fantastic! Superb customer service, friendly and helpful. They don’t only MOT Vauxhall’s, they do other makes too. They even hoovered my car and dusted the dash. I’d certainly recommend them and will use them from now on.

I had been driving past the dealership over the last few weeks and thought I would try it out as my car needed some work done on it for the MOT. I had some work to do on my laptop and was shown to an area where I was able to sit quietly and work whilst my car was being done. I was kept updated by the service manager every now and then as to what had been found and how long they expected it to be. Was offered several coffees during my stay too which was nice ;-) all work was done quickly and the price was also good. would definitely use again and recommend.
