Every new CUPRA comes with a comprehensive five-year warranty for up to 90,000 miles. The EV battery is covered for eight years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first).
Choose between an Ohme home charger† or a £500 CUPRA Charging voucher† with every new CUPRA Born between 1st April and 30th June and collect your vehicle by 30th September 2026.
If you don’t fall in love with your CUPRA Born*, then let us know. Your Retailer will inspect the vehicle and we'll arrange a refund depending on your initial finance method.
PCP customers - We refund your advanced payment (cash deposit and/or part exchange equivalent) and settle your finance contract on your behalf. We retain 3 months finance payments for fair wear and tear and deduct any additional damages.
Cash customers - We refund the amount paid for the vehicle less 3% for fair wear and tear and deduct any additional damages.
*This route cannot be used for faulty vehicles, as we have a separate process for that. Your CUPRA Retailer will be able to support on this.
The 100-day period starts on the day you pick your new CUPRA Born up.
The 100-day return is available to retail customers purchasing an in stock CUPRA Born. Factory orders are excluded.
Purchases must be using either cash or on Solutions PCP.

Your CUPRA Retailer will inspect your car for any damage. An excess mileage charge will be levied if your actual mileage exceeds the pro-rata mileage from your finance contract.
If you want to keep the charger, we will deduct the RRP (currently £999 Ohme Home Pro tethered/£949 Ohme epod untethered) from your deposit before it is returned to you. If you wish to return the charger, we ask that you arrange for it to be uninstalled, and for the unit to be returned to us. Any used credit from the charging voucher will be deducted from your deposit, and the voucher will be cancelled at the point of notification.
No, we can’t get you back in your part exchanged car, but we will give you the part exchange cash equivalent back.
