SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Nissan Worthing.

If you enjoy engaging with customers in a helpful, friendly and positive manner, and have previous experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect position for you!

The customer focused role requires exceptional communications skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention and converting these contacts into workshop bookings and appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable.

- Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
