We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Yeomans Nissan – Bognor Regis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Taking service, repair and maintenance bookings via telephone, face to face and email contact
- Processing bookings through the internal (Kerridge) IT system
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
- Keeping customers informed throughout work in progress – upselling any additional work requirements
- Presenting and upselling a range of approved products and services
- Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments
- Ability to meet manufacturers customer satisfaction standards.
you will have experience of the Service Advisor role. As a minimum, you
will need to have worked in a customer facing role, with a strong
commitment to good customer service.
Kerridge/ADP experience preferred but not essential. Ongoing training will be provided.
