Yeomans are excited to announce that it will shortly be opening its first Vauxhall dealership in Littlehampton. An opportunity has therefore arisen to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join us in this venture.
You will have a minimum of 2 Years Car Service Advisor experience preferably with a franchised dealer, a proven ability to build strong long-lasting customer relationships, along with fantastic organisational and time management abilities. The successful candidate will also bring with them a wealth of customer service skills and always willing to go the extra mile to help our customers.
This pivotal role is crucial to the long-term success of the dealership, where you will act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
