Showroom Host- Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Exeter

Due to the imminent relocation and expansion Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Exeter is looking for a Showroom Host to join their team and work alongside them in their new Volkswagen Van Centre.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.

You will be an essential part of the team providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Volkswagen products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.

General duties:

• Answering the phone/meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments.
• Assist with general product queries
• Assist with service & workshop bookings
• Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
• Showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping where possible when a salesman is busy)
