Showroom Host- Yeomans Skoda Indian Queens

Yeomans Skoda Indian Queens is looking for a Showroom Host to join their team and work alongside them in their Skoda dealership.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.

You will be an essential part of the team providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Skoda product to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.

General duties:

• Answering the phone/meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments.
• Assisting with general product queries
• Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
• First aid and fire warden training

Sales support:

• Saturday showroom support when necessary (meet and greet, offering refreshments, helping where possible when a salesman is busy)
• Bank Holiday showroom support as above
• Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
• Used car display kept in order
• Used car photographs
• Test drive assistance where necessary

Service support:

• Service appointment follow up calls ensuring customer is happy
• Providing cover for service reception when necessary (sufficient training supplied)
• Customer contact details maintained on database
