Yeomans Honda Bognor Regis are looking for a professional and energetic Service Advisor to join our growing team.
You will be assisting our customers with their vehicles, before, during and after their visits, invoice preparation and presentation, contacting our database of existing service customers to remind them about services due, warranty recalls, and product updates with a view to improving customer retention and service bookings
You will be very competent and capable both on the telephone and in person and be experienced in multi-tasking. A background in a service department/ workshop/contact or call centre environment will be an advantage.
A full driving licence is essential for this position.
