Sales Controller - Yeomans Skoda Indian Queens
Yeomans Skoda Indian Queens is looking for a Sales Controller to join our busy team in our state of the art showroom.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role.
You will be selling the fantastic Skoda range of new and used vehicles and products, meeting agreed sales volumes whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to Sales team volumes and targets – actively selling vehicles and building relationships with customers.
- To support, motivate and drive the sales team to ensure maximum performance.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive the performance of the sales department to maximise profit, finance and add-on sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure all transactions maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines.
- Complete & track monthly reporting on sales performance across the dealership.
- Making sure all transactions are paid in full / finance activated with correct documentation by utilising your strong attention-to-detail.
- Manage and maximise all incoming leads with your team and maintain regular and effective prospecting for new business.
- Second facing where required to assist the sales consultant to maximise opportunities.
- Understanding and consistently improving KPI levels within the department.
- Striving to improve finance penetration across new and used sales.
- Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability.

Professionalism, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities, as is a full driving licence.
