SERVICE ADVISOR - YEOMANS HONDA BOGNOR REGIS

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership's service department, effectively communicating vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system to ensure efficient use of service department resources.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor in a similar role, preferably within a franchised car dealership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- A flexible approach to work schedules, including availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
