The Customer Service Coordinator role is critical in providing exceptional customer service. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to come and join us at our Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Exeter dealership. Our staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help customers delivering a seamless experience about the vehicles we work with, and we are always on hand to provide help and lend expertise for anything our customer needs.
This is a Full-Time, permanent role where you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5:00 pm. We are offering a competitive salary plus a range of company benefits.
The general duties of the role:
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be PC literate with a working knowledge of administrative procedures. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial with a good knowledge of the ADP DMS.
