Apprentice Technician- Yeomans Toyota Brighton

Here at Yeomans Toyota Brighton we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Apprentice Technician to join our team.

The main aim of your role will be to diagnose, service and repair a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring they are fixed to the highly renowned Toyota standard. As an Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced technicians in our workshop to learn everything you need to know about maintaining and repairing customer vehicles.

Main duties will include:

• Carrying out service and repair procedures
• Helping to keep the working environment safe for you and your colleagues
• Accessing wiring diagrams and technical data
• Using complex, diagnostic, mechanical and electrical measuring equipment
• Repairing and replacing components to manufacturer’s specification
• Applying diagnostic principles and problem-solving techniques

No previous experience is necessary but a keen interest in the motor industry and a willingness to learn is essential. The ability to work well in a team and excellent customer service skills are also important.

Successful candidates will ideally have a valid driver’s licence and possess good GCSE qualifications in Maths and English.
