Summer is finally here! At Yeomans Nissan, we are lucky enough to be located in some of the best parts of the South Coast, which is why we have put together a helpful guide on the best places to visit in our local areas. This week, we are exploring our favourite places in Portsmouth...

8. The Mary Rose Museum

The Mary Rose Museum is home to the famous King Henry VIII's Mary Rose alongside the thousands of artefacts that were recovered from the Solent. Built between 1509 and 1511, the Mary Rose was one of the first ships to fire broadside but accidentally sank during an engagement with the French fleet in 1545 after a long and successful career.

The Mary Rose is now fully on display for the public to see after a 34-year conservation project.
