01 Hyundai i10 The popular and critically regarded Hyundai i10 has been the recipient of a facelift for 2017. This fun-to-drive, comfortable and practical vehicle is now even better than ever, with a range of new features that ensures that this class-competitive city car should be right near the top of your shortlist. The i10 is available in S, SE, SE Blue, Premium and Premium SE trim levels.
02 Exterior design The latest i10’s refreshed look is most noticeable in its front fascia, which now sports a new bumper and a smart black mesh-grille trapezoidal grille, with boomerang-shaped air intakes either side. The Hyundai badge sits dead-centre at the front of the bonnet edge and is flanked by striking headlights, featuring LED daytime running lights.

Black side rubbing strips and a rear bumper-mounted and durable black plastic panel add a sporty dimension to the car, while helping to provide it with a cohesive look. The latter also features two red reflector discs at either end. The i10’s five-door body ensures that access to rear seats is always straightforward, giving it a distinct advantage over its three-door rivals
05 Safety & Technology New safety features have been introduced to the vehicle, to go with the existing range that includes Anti-lock Braking System, Electronic Traction Control, ISOFIX child-seat points and multiple airbags. The latest additions include Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and Front Collision Warning (FCW), which are featured as standard. LDWS uses sensors to help the driver keep the vehicle in lane, unless indicators are activated. FCW, meanwhile, ensures that a safe driving distance is maintained between the i10 and the vehicle ahead.

The i10’s sound system includes an AM/FM tuner as standard, while SE grades add DAB radio and Bluetooth connectivity, Premium SE trims now comes with a seven-inch touchscreen display, providing access to a variety of infotainment features, such as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and satellite navigation.
