Citroen's new Hybrid Engine

The C-Zero's electric motor is powered by a 16kW/h lithium-ion battery, which generates 49kW. There is no need for petrol stations will this car! When connected to a regular 220V 10A domestic power outlet, the battery charges in just eight hours. When connected to a special terminal delivering a 125A monophase current the battery can be charged 80% in just 30 minutes. The battery is located under the floor between the axles in order to lower the centre of gravity. This offers greater protection and maximises cab room for ultimate comfort.

For a car that brings safety to you and the environment without compromising on space and power, the Citroen C-Zero cannot be beaten.
