As a Sales Manager at our newly acquired Fiat dealership in Eastbourne you must be able to demonstrate the desire to approach every possible situation in an enthusiastic and positive manner in order to ensure that Yeomans, our customers, your colleagues and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles all benefit.
Highly customer-focused, you will assume full responsibility for all daily operations within the sales department.
You should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating, and an unquestionable ability to implement and run a regimented sales process in order to maximise opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the sales team
Sourcing and maintaining appropriate and well-managed new and used car stock
Marketing the business in order to consistently achieve new and used car sales targets
Ensuring the dealership meets all appropriate manufacturer standards
Coaching and developing the sales team members
You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes within the department to ensure that financial targets and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
